About us
Made Right Idaho is a volunteer-led initiative developing voluntary standards to help responsible Idaho businesses stand out. Our initial initiatives are Idaho Built Right and Idaho Grown Right. This policy covers all three websites and inquiries sent to our volunteer team.
Information you share
Early-access forms collect business name, contact name, email address, phone number if provided, Idaho location, business type, comments if provided, contact consent and which initiative you contacted. We also receive information you choose to include in emails to us.
We do not request employee files or immigration-status documentation through early-access forms. Please do not include those documents or other sensitive personal information in your comments.
How we use information
We use inquiries to respond to questions, follow up personally, learn about interested businesses, share relevant initiative updates and discuss opportunities to help shape founding programs. We do not sell your contact information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Providers and volunteer access
Cloudflare hosts these websites, Formspree handles form submissions, and email service providers deliver notifications and correspondence. Authorized initiative volunteers may access inquiries for legitimate follow-up. We do not publicly identify a business as a participant, supporter or trust-mark recipient without permission.
Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their processing, security records and backups are subject to their own policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Formspree’s privacy policy.
Website data and cookies
Hosting and form providers may automatically process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, requested pages, referring pages, request times and service responses to deliver the sites, prevent spam and protect their services. These providers may maintain technical or security logs.
Cloudflare also supplies website-usage and performance measurements through an analytics beacon. The website code does not use cookies or browser storage to save your form details and does not add advertising trackers. Provider services may use cookies or similar technologies for their operation or security. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Retention
Inquiries may remain in Formspree and in email correspondence until removed. These websites do not run an automatic inquiry-deletion schedule, and we do not specify a fixed retention period. You can contact us to request deletion. Providers may retain logs or backup copies under their policies or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy or correction of your information, request deletion, withdraw contact consent or ask for no further outreach by emailing contact@maderightidaho.org. Please include enough detail to help our volunteer team identify your inquiry.
